and public affairs consultant, specializing in project management, governmental agency processing, Interface with elected
officials and their staff, as well as senior civil servants while constructing effective management programs.
PRIOR ASSIGNMENTS
As a Deputy Mayor
for Homelessness he coordinated the city’s delivery of resources to homeless service providers ensuring that addressing
the homeless crisis is an integral part of the Mayor’s economic development strategy.
Responsible for limited oversight of citywide policies, programs, and projects concerning
the homeless including representing the Mayor on development of Ten Year Plan to end homelessness, Bring LA Home, The Partnership
Week in the City of Los Angeles; supporting implementation of the Homeless Management Information System; supporting efforts
to decentralize services and shelter beds from downtown’s Skid Row Area; and revamping the public toilet program.
Assistant Chief of Staff to Los Angeles City Councilman, he supervised staff of
20 in overseeing over $3 billion in economic development projects in the district including housing, commercial, retail, and
community developments.
As a Senior Legislative Deputy he developed and promoted legislative agenda and
coordinated community and business support for economic development projects.
